Postal Strikes

If you have a shipping confirmation email your order HAS been shipped out but may be slow to reach you. All orders have confirmation and shipping emails sent out automatically, check your spam! 

If you purchased tracking and it says "we're expecting it" - this has also been shipped but the postal service has not yet scanned it into their depot.

This delay in particular is affecting post sent the last week of nov / first 2 weeks of December, mainly orders shipped on the 5th/6th/12th & 16th Dec.

I do not know currently how long the delay is, but royal mail are working to clear the backlog. Please allow at least 35 working days from the date of shipping before contacting me regarding your order if it has not arrived yet (this also excludes bank holidays in the UK). 

New orders appear to be shipping as normal.
