Beeeans is based in the UK with all orders shipped from here!

Please note we no longer ship to the following countries:
France, Greece, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates The reason for most is due to new EU packaging laws in some of those countries.

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics. Processing Times

Processing times are the time it takes for us to prepare or make the item before it is shipped to you. These times can vary but are found in the item description. Most are 3-5 working days, for garments made in house they are usually 1-2 weeks . Please take these times into consideration along with the shipping times when you order. Most things are processed much quicker than this but depending on order numbers /stock we sometimes need a buffer!

Shipping times and info
  • These are the estimates for once your order has been dispatched and how long it will then take to get to you. Estimated shipping times are as follows -
  • UK - up to 3 working days
  • International - from 5 working days up to 6 weeks. Usually items arrive within 2 weeks but this is not a guarantee.
  • Standard shipping has no tracking at ANY time. Please do not message and ask for tracking for your order if you have purchased standard shipping as it cannot be provided.
  • International orders (Incl EU) can incur a custom duty or fee - this is dependent on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. More information can be found on your government website if you are unsure.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping is charged at a flat rate fee for each country depending on the weight and value of the goods. 

    Some items have the option to chose tracked or signed services, some are automatically given with tracked if they are more expensive.

    We always recommend you purchase the appropriate tracked service for your order so that it is fully insured, in the unlikely event it goes missing we are only able to refund up to the insured amount chosen at checkout. Some shipping has no insurance so if you choose it we cannot reimburse lost mail.

    Can you send my order any faster?

    While we can certainly try our best to process something quicker for you we can't offer any faster shipping rates unfortunately. 

    I put the wrong shipping address can I change it?

    If your address is incorrect we will cancel your order and you can repurchase the item again with the correct address. If the order is already dispatched there is nothing we can do, we recommend contacting your local post office or depot for advice because we cannot reroute it once it has left our hands. Please double check your postage address before you buy!

    Please note once we have purchased your shipping label we CANNOT change or refund it. Sometimes turn around time for shipping is same day so you must contact us immediately if there is an issue.

    My item hasn't arrived yet? 

    If your item does not arrive in the time-frame stated below we advise contacting your local post office or depot if you have tracking as they may have your item, in the event they do not, please contact us.

    UK- 10 working days

    Europe - 25 working days

    Rest of the world - 32 Working days

    Though very very rare post can sometimes go missing, if your item is past the above time-frame we may be able to open a lost post claim on your behalf. Please note we cannot do this until after that time frame has passed, but also do not leave it too late! We recommend contacting us within 2 months for help with locating a parcel, we can't guarantee we can help with cases past this point.

    We recommend buying tracked and signed services for peace of mind.

    I think my order has been delivered to the wrong address/ marked as delivered when it hasn't been?

    First, check your address confirmation is correct and that no family/ neighbours have your parcel. Addresses are automatically sent to the postal website to produce the shipping labels, so if your shipping address is correct on your confirmation email its most likely a mix up with the delivery on the day.

    Please contact your local postal carrier as soon as possibleIf its an international order its very tricky for us to intervene quickly with it. If you can contact them on the day they may be able to recollect and reroute it to you.In many cases post masters will be able to contact the driver on your route to investigate what has happened.

    In the event they can't help you locate it you may need to file a claim for the parcel. Please keep all evidence of incorrect delivery as it will be needed for the claim. We are unable to file these claims on your behalf since we may not have all the same tracking proof information that you have.

    There have been reports of some parcels being marked as delivered a day early, so please take this into consideration also.

    I think my order got returned to you?
    Orders are often returned when no one is home to accept it and the buyer does not collect it from the postal depot. If and when we get the order back we will reach out to the email you made to purchase the item. You will need to pay postage again if you still want the item. If we do not get a response after 1 week we will auto refund your order minus postage and fees.

    Returns & Cancellations

    Can I cancel my Order?

    Please email asap if you need to cancel your order. Most ready to ship items can be cancelled providing we are not already processing them and paid for their shipping. We we have already paid for your shipping we can cancel the order but not refund the postage.

    For "made to order" clothing items cancellations may not be possible depending how far along the order is. We don't allow cancellations of Pre-order items but if you have an issue please contact us. 

    Can I return my item?

    Please email if you wish to return any item within 7 days. We do not currently do not offer exchanges since many items are created on a made to order basis.

    •  Unwanted items can be returned in unworn condition with original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
    • Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be sent back tracked to avoid complications with the postal service. Original postage cannot be refunded. International returns must be clearly marked that they are returns on the outside. Any duty/fees due on entry back into the UK will be deducted from the refund.
    • ·If an item is faulty when you receive it, we are so sorry, mistakes can happen. Please email any concerns with your order and we will make it right for you, usually via a full refund or replacement.
    • Returns can not be accepted on items that have been damaged due to incorrect care. Please see clothing care guide on how to look after your clothing items.
    • “Sale” imperfect items, discontinued items and jewellery cannot be returned.
